We would like to inform all hero players that the updated
appearance change system will be applied on July 31, 2025.

In order to provide a more diverse and refreshed character
customization experience, we will be patching
the existing appearance system.

□ Appearance Change Update

- Some parts of the appearance change system will be updated.
└ A new Appearance Change Shop has been added in the Dragon Castle/Xian, Sina NPC.
└ Appearance changes cannot be applied to time-limited items.
└ Once an appearance is changed, the item will become
[Cannot trade or store].
└ If the appearance change is reset, the restrictions on
[Cannot trade or store] will be lifted.
└ Appearance items can be dismantled.
└ Appearances can be applied regardless of character class
(Non-Divine, Divine, Darkness).

▲ Illusion Holy Water
An Illusion holy water is required to perform an appearance change.
It can be purchased from Hero Tavern or obtained through events.

※ Once an appearance is changed, the item will become [Cannot trade or store].
※ If the appearance change is reset, the restrictions on [Cannot trade or store] will be lifted.

□ Regarding Appearance Reset Restoration

If you would like to restore an appearance-changed item,
please submit a ticket and we will assist you with the restoration.
└ Items that have been appearance-changed will become
[Cannot trade or store] starting from July 31.
└ Appearance-changed armor will return to [Can trade or store]
status once the appearance is reset.
└ Players who wish to reset the appearance can submit a ticket,
and we will restore them with
[original equipment + appearance item + 1 Illusion Holy Water].
└ Tickets can be submitted even before October 22,
and the restoration process will be handled sequentially.
└ Please note that this restoration support will be available for
approximately three months starting July 31,
ending on October 22, 2025.
└ A total of three reminder notices will be posted regarding this issue.
└ The inquiry format for appearance reset restoration is provided below.

● For abuse prevention purposes, please note that after receiving
a restoration once, any subsequent appearance changes are
not eligible for additional restoration.
● Items that had already undergone an appearance change prior
to the restoration point are eligible for additional restoration.
● The "Illusion Holy Water" item returned during the restoration process
will be provided as a non-tradeable item.
● The "Illusion Holy Water" item will be deleted on the first maintenance day of August 2026.
● Illusion Holy Water granted during the restoration will be deleted
on the first maintenance day of August 2026.

□ Appearance Change Precautions

1) Gender-specific items are not compatible with unisex items for appearance changes.
In such cases, an error message will appear in the chat window.

Jiguk Sky King Helmet(Male) -> X-mas Hat(All-Gender) (X)
: Appearance change is only possible between items of the same gender or shared (unisex) type.

2) Time-limited items cannot be used as appearance materials.

3) Appearance Change is available between items of the same type.

Armor, Helmet, Clothing, and Boots must be changed to items of the same category,
Gender-specific items must match in gender.
Decoration items must also be the same category.
Weapons can only be changed to weapons of the same type.

□ Dismantle

When dismantling appearance items, you can obtain
a certain amount of [Appearance Change Vouchers]
through the Blacksmith Jang.

The voucher can be purchased from Hero Tavern or obtained through events.


□ How to Reset Appearance

If you wish to reset the appearance, please talk to NPC Sina.

Please note that when resetting the appearance, the item used for the appearance
will be deleted, and only the original item will remain.

If the appearance change is reset, the restrictions on
[Cannot trade or store] will be lifted.

An event offering various appearance rewards will be held alongside the appearance change update.
