We are now accepting inquiries regarding the restoration of equipment(armor/weapon) appearances.

□ Regarding Appearance Reset Restoration
Restoration will be provided for items with appearance changes.
└ Items that have been appearance-changed will become [Cannot trade or store] starting from July 31.
└ Appearance-changed armor will return to [Can trade or store] status once the appearance is reset.
└ Users who wish to reset the appearance can submit a ticket, and we will restore them with
[original equipment + appearance item + 1 Illusion Holy Water].
└ Tickets can be submitted even before July 31, and the restoration process will be handled sequentially.
└ Please note that this restoration support will be available for approximately three months starting July 31,
ending on October 22, 2025.
└ A total of three reminder notices will be posted regarding this issue.
└ The inquiry format for appearance reset restoration is provided below.
※ Note !
● For abuse prevention purposes, please note that after receiving a restoration once, any subsequent appearance changes are not eligible for additional restoration.
● Items that had already undergone an appearance change prior to the restoration point are eligible for additional restoration.
● The "Illusion Holy Water" item returned during the restoration process will be provided as a non-tradeable item.
● The "Illusion Holy Water" item will be deleted on the first maintenance day of August 2026.
● Illusion Holy Water granted during the restoration will be deleted on the first maintenance day of August 2026.

Period: - October 22, 2025
To request restoration, please submit a ticket with the following details:
1. Item name
2. Character holding the appearance-changed item
Once your request is received, we will restore:
- The original item
- Material used during the appearance change
- 1 Illusion Water
※ To ensure timely processing, please make sure to provide all required information, including your character name, and a description of the issue.
※ Incomplete forms may result in processing delays.
