is considered to be top-rating game in many Asian countries.

We are writing to make a claim of Hero Plus copyright infringement
under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, or DMCA.

Smarbig, Inc. ("Smartbig") respects the intellectual property rights of others and
expects its players and the users of its services to do the same.

Smartbig, Inc. ("Smartbig") follows the safe harbor provisions of 17 U.S.C. Sec. 512(c)(3)
of the DMCA otherwise known as the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
As such, we will respond to written notification of copyright infringements in accordance with the DMCA.

Currently, Hero Plus is only being managed in Korea and the United States.
Only the official entities in Korea(Mgame) and the US(Smartbig) are permitted to use hero plus's intellectual property rights.

There are three elements that must be in place in order for the infringement to occur.

If we detect the material identified as infringed copyrighted content,
it will result in copyright infringement accusations and standard legal procedures.
