  A +10 Drac and my axe have the exact same minmax damage (base + added + pearls), but mine also has 64hp and 6 elements. They have the same total amount of % too, a drac having more ar%, wheras mine has more sar%. Heres a screenshot of my axe, and a +12 drac axe (ctrl + scroll to zoom).
