After the maintenance im logging in on my account i was 138 before the maintenance im 135 atm , i lose my +10 be helm from yakuzhan, my K5K4JuJu from usako, my set acc 110 was +4 now +3 , i lose titan , eyebal guardian tatue 30 days .... i lose a lot of items ...
i wanna know if im alone? please leave your IGN if you are be rollbacked

Lost 30% and some gold and items but i dun even think to send 1:1. Hero doesnt have such a thing like Customer Service.
Many ppl got rolled back .. but OH WAIT .. theres a new payment method .. thats a chance to get back ur items *wink* *wink*MiShiNkAaA

oh god... i dont even want to log in to check.. i started the launcher today and my version was back to 222 !!!! and started to download 81 updates... after 3 downloaded i quit and re opened the launcher and boom it was back to 301 whew! am about to log in.......

sorry to hear that mate last week patch also wenom lost all his items which he p***es his alt we also make 1.1 hoping an answer if something like that happening devs must help players 1.1 they never answer these days but they must do something coz the lost items getting bigger value each day :(:(
again sad for u mate :(

WOW THANKS NETGAME! NOT THAT I WAS PLAYING ANYWAYS BUT THE GAME CRASHES AT CHAR SELECTION SCREEN GG GET SOME PROGRAMMERS THAT NO WHAT THERE DOING!!! STOP GETTING THE BUM OFF THE STREET!!!

so i hope that GM restaure my stuff soon , or i will quit , i was busy no fun , no enjoy , ncash game.... (i approuve i spend 300K per month...) so i hope for that Gm restaure my account fast for this reason ^^

Greetings Scions of Fate Players!
We regret to inform you that during todays maintenance a severe database issue was encountered. The game will unfortunately be down for an additional 8.5 hours (until Thursday, November 5th, 5:30am PST) to correct this situation.
Due to this error, player accounts were rolled back approximately 10 hours of play time prior to the beginning of maintenance.
This includes nCash purchases. We are working to have everyones nCash restored before the server goes up.
Any other in game transactions as well as any EXP, items, ki, or gold gains are not able to be reimbursed. We greatly apologize for this.
We will be updating you with more information as it is available including regarding a compensation plan made to make up for the down time. We fully apologize for the inconvenience of this situation and hope you can be patient while it is being resolved.

What a bunch of boo this rollback mess is.
Not to be insensitive to your losses, that is really awful.
This game is just one huge slot machine with fancy bells and
whistle pixels. Except Netgame has better odds than the house,
you dont even have to place a bet to lose out. I suppose that if
you dont gamble at their desired rate they just roll your *** back.

A friend of mine got rolled back to when he was lvl99... we went lvl100 together so that was a 2 week roll-back. We suspect he wont get his items back, but geesh.. 2 weeks lost. Anyway, he cant trade anything because there are "invisible" items in his inventory. I just hope they can fix that for him, otherwise its bye bye hero from both of us.^^
