• Well since its been advised to change p***words, I tried to change mine and am now stuck on the verification code part. Its been several hours and no email from netgame with the code. So now i cant access that account (and have this other 1 because its almost necessary when theres problems xD lol). My friend has the same problem as well, my email is a hotmail account..hers is a yahoo one. I remember there being a problem about this a while ago =/ hope something gets done about it (already sent a 1:1).
  
  Just warning other ppl that they may run into the same problem if theyre using any emails by these 2. As of right now my account is unusable lol. Its frustrating

• Yep l did same thing as u and now l have not received my email verification either come on hero gms if u say change ur password then have the dam verification email problem fixed immediately and yes my email is to a live address and yes it has worked before for verification how about gms check these things before u tell everyone to do it grrrrrr.

• l had same issue with my live email so made and yahoo and gmail one and they both worked for email verification number.

• Same problem with my other account. I changed my p***word and e-mail address and it states that the verification code will be sent to my new e-mail. Nothing yet. I guess quitting time is nearing :(

• thr is sme problems with the other private emails except the gmail and live i guess i had changed the p***word and i used a gmail id
  for that and it worked

• Make sure u check the junk folder that is where it goes if you use live account.
