• Hello everyone,
  
  Almost four days ago I submit a 1:1 inquiry, but I havent gotten a response yet.
  Why is this? Is the netgame customer service this bad? My question wasnt even that hard...
  
  Well, I better ask it here then.
  You see I couldnt get the autopatcher to download the patch 269 (Connection to the server has ended) so I manually downloaded the patch.
  However, I have no idea how to install the patch.
  The only result other people have got to this question is "Click on it...". But when I click on the hero.exe that comes with it, I just get an error that says "Execute in menu". Any answers?
  Do I have to manually copy-paste all the files separately?
  
  Also, is there anything I have to do before/after any kind of installation?
