• GMs PLEASE help me your email verification is still not working for older accounts l have requested like 20 times now for email verification and nothin has been sent to my email, the one l still have in my email when l first started playing hero doesnt get recognized.
  
  l am getting very frustrated its now 4 days hero still has not sent my main account an email verification number how long do l have to wait l am loosing out on event and other things l have spent to much time effort and money to not be able to access my main chara come on please HELP ME
  
  My main name is ooEagleoo.

• I have AOL and had to use internet explorer to get the validation. On AOL software the info dont go through.

• Hi,
  The problem is that the verification does not work with all mail services.
  What i know is that Gmail(by google) works fine.
  My advise to you: Make a Gmail account and try registrating again on the Hero Online site by using that Mail account.

• l had same issue with my live email so made and yahoo and gmail one and they both worked for email verification number.

  y are you typing the same info everywhere ? , is it really hotmail ids not recognized or only gmail & yahoo working .
