• Had same problem with 2 characters that didi the divine jump-up, as soon as they did. They lost the back side of their head.

• This is a bug and it happens because you choosed a hairstyle or face or both which is different than basic.Only 2 ways to fix this first get a form turn it on than off and your head appears worked for me and 2nd is you send 1:1 of this bug with screenshot.
