• This is frustrating... I loged in, went to the laugncher start and this new screen showed up. Saying execute or download Hero. Well I tried to download and nothing is actually being downloaded.. after a few minutes, I stopped and tired again. Still nothing.
  
  Is this suppost to be easier?? making everyone do this.. ****s..
  
  Please help me figure out why this thing is NOT downloading,,

• Same thing is happening to me and my son and we have been trying for hours and all I get is an response from my 1:1 inquiry saying sorry and looking into it with no timeframe, nothing. Talk about terrible customer support.

• Looks like they added a new patch. Click game start as usual. BUT after download quit the game.
  
  Look in C:\NETGAME\Hero_online\ and run XLAUNCHER.exe
  
  or create a shortcut for it.
  
  This is like the original launcher back in the beta/post beta days.
  
  (Haven't tested if you need to login to website too).
