• Something has gone wrong since the latest updates. When I run my launcher and start it up. The screen says logging in and then just closes itself. I could really use some assistance, please, and thank you.

  I just saw on my deskop a new launcher starter and i clicked on it
  and i can log in like in Beta version old times ^^ well my problem is solved

• I have a situation close to that, I downloaded the patch and now, I click to Game Start button, then I get this downloader/launcher thing. It has two options, Execute and Download, I press execute nothing happens, I press download nothing happens either :/ It says downloading but the size of the thing it tries to download is 0KBs... I'm desperate about this. -.-

• Do you actually see a file to download? Because it says the size of the file is 0 Kbs...

• Let me explain what i did ^^
  
  So i first downloaded the 4 patches
  2nd i log in on heroonline website
  3th i click play for free on the site
  4th it says there is a problem
  5th i tryd a few times
  6th i restarted my computer
  7th i tryed again on website
  8th i deleted old launcher.exe
  10th i created new launcher.exe in c:/netgame.........etc
  11th i loged out on site
  12th i started launcher
  13th i was in
