  Well its not possible to know, but its mostly arround 22;00 till 00;00 in game time, at wednesdays or when GM feel like to mak e1, Also Keep and eye on Event wars, at wars gm also sometiem ssummon bosses, so there is a chance to get DK item ,
  
  but rest is just be on at right time and see the announc efor surprice monster summon or monster bash .

  Ah wish t o get DK bow and sword i think it was enough to buy my self the whole 3 weapons for rod male and DK blade + DK set -,- cost around 700m

• just add gm's to your friend-list and monitor if they are online and whether they are in ci ;)

• its silly to make a guide about it since its an event that only come when people beg for it.
  
  And the event will only be there when the GMs are on. since theya re them that summon the bosses.
