• When I load up the Hero launcher and click the play game button. My client would load a black screen and crash. When I click the play game button there would be black screen with the intro music playing in the background and then it crashes after a min or two. Not sure why, but I would appreciated if anyone can help. Thanks!

• Hmm, all I remember doing was boss hunting. While I wait for the boss to come out I would minimize the game and look around on the internet. About 5-6 times when I minimize the client it would cause my client to crash. It was working fine until I started minimizing the client. I'm not sure if this cause my account to be bug, but I did send a 1:1. Now, all it is is waiting...
