• they can say they are in game all the time And I will Say Liar.
  Their Idea Of In Game all the time is 30 mins after a patch then P O O F Wont see them til Next Patch
  They are NOT in game Or assisting players with service requests Because every single 1:1 I put in they have either ignored or Just Ball Faced Lied to me.
  GAs ? WHERE??? Never See them in Game Anymore Just another broken Promise.
  FIRE them Hire Ones Who Will Do the Job and actually Be in game for Customer Assistance cause the ones now Just plain are MIA and Uesless
