- Split Southern Plains into Multiple Servers again

Not just the PVP servers, it's unbearable with the amount of lag with all these *****s having 100s of shop all around town. Serveral of which are blocking NPCs.
If you can't do that, at least ban the use of player stores in the Southern Plains so these *****s go to CM instead.
