• i downloaded Hero and netgamelauncher but cant start the game yet
  i even made setup of adobe flash player and shock but couldnt start the game

• The same thing happened to me, I got the Launcher on Mozilla Firefox launcher, but it gets there, I sign in, click launch the game, and it won't launch, nothing happens! Please, what do I do?

• I got the same problem.
  I already installed patches 388 to 402 from the download page and changed the version to 402 in Hero.ini file.
  But when I launch the game, the web launcher cannot start the game.
  I don't know what happened.
  Please help!

• As a noob I had the same issue as other poster but I found better luck with IE since lauching the game involve Active X plugin and most likely this plugin is turned off for the security reason so one may have to twik browser security setting to get it working. BTW for FF, active X is off by default as I recall.
