• sept 11th i purchased ncash in the ammount of 20$ via paypal and it never went to netgame account. i inquired with a 1:1 and got refunded. i then proceeded to repurchase ncash in the ammount of 40$ with 2 seperate transactions back to back on sept 15th and this one hasnt processed either but on my paypal account it says complete so the money has been wired to the netgame finance department but still i am not receiving ncash when i should be receiving it immediately... can i get some help with this?
