• 1.The weapon witch you like the most choose.Just don't choose sword if you don't have loads of gold because sword skill books are expansive really expansive and you won't be able to afford they if you don;'t know how to make money.
  2.There's not such thing as best character for assassin choose the character witch suites your taste - liking.
  3.It can be any build as long as you can develope it the right way.
