• i succeeded master vio from +3 to +4 using a 4x charm? should have been a clean +7 i succeeded with 4x charm? please review my ht usage. +4hkhkhkyu? should be +7hkhkhkyuyuyuyu...4Xcharm!

• 4x means 4x higher success than normal charm
  
  
  but
  
  doesn't mean 4x that it will give u the 4x level as Precious Pendiants +3 or +2
  
  so, 4x = 4x higher success
  same for 3x

• says 4x 'effect' .. i petition for more info besides !! for stuff.. if thats the case... i would like to hear from GM about the 'effect' part and clarify
