• Im having issues trying to create an account for my wife, whenever i use firefox and fill out all the information needed after i hit finish it just keeps a black screen up forever until i close the page or refresh it....refreshing only brings up the account creation page again. When i use Internet Explorer I get The website cannot display the page
  HTTP 500
  Most likely causes:
  •The website is under maintenance.
  •The website has a programming error.
  So is this a known issue, and if so is there a way around it?
  
  Edit: I have also tried on several computers and on 2 other networks, so it cannot be an issue with either of them

• In the end it seemed it was my firewall...if anyone else is having issues like this try disabling your firewall
