Been trying to teminate this account for weeks, there is no items or characters any more.
But I never get the E-mail with the confimation Key.
I did 1:1's and the last even had the info I was asked for, but still has not been deleated

After a long time and sending all my info in a 1:1 to terminate that account, becauseails never made it with key. They finallly teminated it for me.
I sent a 1:1 on other account to thank the GM that did it for me, and get answer they did nothing I teminated it don't blame them.
Man they can't even take a thank you with out snapping, think someone need to cut down on the caffine.
