• What Payment services do you offer?

  For Credit Card users:
  You may choose between three payment methods, ClickandBuy, TrustWho (PayPal), and Moneybookers
  for the use of your credit card. TrustWho PayPal will verify all
  first-time purchasing customers by phone. They make
  verification calls all around the world just to ensure that your
  payment has been confirmed by you and no one else. After
  confirmation, your ncash is released to you within minutes.
  
  For payments without the use of a credit card:
  
  We offer PayByCash services which provides many
  different payment options such as, eCheck (one time direct
  debit), check by mail, ultimate game card, and many more.
  Although some of these payment options may take up to
  several days for it to be confirmed and released to you as
  in-game ncash money, they do not require a credit card.
  
  We also offer many different prepaid cards such as, Ultimate

• If your 1:1 Inquiry is Ncash related, please categorize it to
  "Premium Shop/nCash" so that it comes directly to me.
  
  Also, please remain calm when you do not receive your ncash
  right away. It is usually due to the verification process. If we
  do not have the correct information (i.e. the phone number on
  your PayPal account), this may delay the process of you
  receiving the ncash.
  
  However, Netgame will NOT ever just take your money and
  not give you the ncash you have paid for.
  
  For PayByCash and ClickandBuy users:
  If your payment remains unconfirmed or
  unverified, your "pending" payment will be refunded back into
  your account. Please allow a few days for this.
  If you have questions on verifying your ClickandBuy account
  to proceed on receiving your Ncash, please send me a 1:1
  Inquiry.
  
  For PayPal (TrustWho) users:
  Contact here with your contact number if you have not
  received your Ncash.

• How long does it take for players to receive ncash?
  
  If you are purchasing ncash for the first time, using a different payment
  service for the first time, or has recently made changes to your
  account/personal information, then it will take a little longer than usual.
  
  For Trust Who PayPal users, their services will contact you by phone 15-45 minutes for verification purposes. Your ncash will be released shortly after
  this call is made and confirmed. If perhaps, you do not receive this
  verification call, you must contact their Customer Support team and verify
  that the number you registered with is correct and set up another phone
  call at your best available time. This step must be met in order for you
  to receive your ncash.
