Please post all forum errors big or small that you are encountering in both IE and Firefox. Please indicate which browser you are using and screenshots of the errors if possible.

We are making a list of the problems with our new forums.

The page problem is with firefox that has been reported to us so far. When you use IE it shows the topics other pages with these problems. THanks

u dont even need a forum for hero online anymore.
netgame is doing nothing to improve their """""""""customer support"""""(even not worth to call it SUPPORT!)
many dudes have a big problem with log in shit, or their items
are gone, W T F ?!?! AND THAN WE SHOULD DOWN-PATCH OUR HERO CLIENT?!?!!?! just dont bring out """""UPDATES""""" wich DONT causes that shits !!!! i bet there is a higher rate to drop a relic as still hope
netgame will help everyone equal...zzz...epic fail...for what forums
when no one will recive help..what ever,maybe cya in 10 years ingame!

E-mail verify get you stuck stuck.

My friend has main account been playing and was logged in today, he decided to change the password and he got the email to do the email verify but when he goes to verify email link http://hero.netgame.com/login/emailkey.php it just keeps like reloading over and over and will not load in either firefox or internet explorer His main char name is YohlRazor so please fix this so he can log in again. Also customer service doesnt work either l tried it with my main account thats when it also go stuck on email verification. Please HELP.

ban the quadruple poster >.>, Internet Explorer 8, im not sure if its just me, but the site addons freeze my page, and automatically re - fresh it, *happens only on netgame sights*

internet explorer 8, cant say re fresh in one word without it not showing up

when using IE, i have trouble signing into forums as after i type my details in the refreasehs and magicly im still not signed in this is the forst time in like 3 weeks i been able to post.

makes it hard for me to flame ppl like scarsword scooter

ps scot i think roeslin and i got the record on upgrade fails with ur imp boots 29 attempts to +5 using about 10 charms :( thats gotta be a bug lol but finally we got em there

search function is flawed.
you cant go to any other page apart from page 1 without an error message (on Firefox and IE)

get an erro if u wnat to change your avatar or sig

when u quote people your text dispaere but if u wnat to edit it its still there and if u remove teh quote u get it to work.

and im using windows explore if that has any use for something
