• Greetings Hero`s,
  
  Tired of waiting for your 1:1 Inquiry to be answered? Well, here are some great tips for getting your Inquiry answered fast!
  
  1. Title your Inquiry Appropriately
  This first one of the most important steps. If your title is accurate, informative, and short (yes, SHORT) this allows our system to keep your Inquiry organized better. Titles such as \"GM!\", \"Help\", \"asdasd\", \"-___-\", and the infamous \"insert random curse word here\" WILL NOT get your Inquiry responded to in a timely fashion. Examples of great titles would be along the lines of \"Game Start Trouble\" or \"Hacked: 12/12 [Char.ID]\".
  
  2. Details, details, details!
  The more, the better. Describe your issue! Tell us what you have already attempted while trying to resolve your issue. Screenshots are always a plus. You don`t have to write a novel for your Inquiry to have good details either.
  
  3. Submit your Inquiry in a timely fashion
  This is also really important. If you try to submit a hacking issue from more than 3 months ago we simply cannot help you! Ideal submission time is 72 hours, the most being about a month. Anything more than that makes it extremely difficult to get the proper assistance required.
  
  4. Wait patiently! Don`t keep submitting!!!
  This is another big one. Don`t send duplicates guys and gals. If you keep doing this, you`re Inquiry is going to get pushed back further and further. You know what that means, right? Yepp... You`re Inquiry takes significantly longer to get a response because you kept pushing it back. So, want a faster response.. Don`t send more than one!
  
  5. Send you`re Inquiry from the correct account
  I know that a lot of you have more than one account and things can get confusing from time to time, but please be sure when submitting an Inquiry that you are submitting your Inquiry with the account that you are having troubles with. If you don`t, you`re just going to have to submit another from the correct account. That`s more waiting that could have been avoided.
  
  6. \"OMG i r banned, oh noez\"
  Only send one. Wait for a response. If you don`t like your response and would like to try and argue your cause, send one more. After that, STOP. You`re answer will not change. I`m serious.

• Could my account info be resent to warman1257@gmail.com my old email account was deleted by mistake and I lost all my account info and im not able to send a 1:1 about my char on this account being bugged. I can log on to this account but I cant play my lvl 56 char on it but I can play my other heros on it. I been having this problem for a few days now.
  
  The reason I didnt put my real info in when i first made this account last xmas is I wasnt sure if this was i wasnt sure if this was just something for some guy to get someones information for some personal use or if it was a legit game which turned out to be a quite addicting game during the time but I didnt play for a long period of time due to school.
  
  How my hero got glitched.
  I took the teleporter from the tavern in dc to sp and it crashed and since then i havent been able to as my main hero on this account which is a lvl 56
  and i think is around 70

• Last day i logged on my account on Site and checked 1:1 status.
  After i did that i noticed that my 1:1 that i submited other day dissapeared.
  I decided to write new. I wrote new and i submited. Like 2 hours after i wrote new 1:1 inquiry i went to check status again. When i went to that page i saw that my old inquiry appeared and that the new one dont excist.
  What was problem??
  
  And if i sent 2 inquirys im sorry but i didnt saw the old one ...

• OK seems i finally get to the right place, here is my story.
  
  I talked to Gm ALieza, GA AsukaStrikes, send many many pegions to GM DreamStalker and what it gets me nothing no even checked. And its not that i dont rpovide no details or nothing i provide evrything and its some big crimes like GM impersonesation Scamming HT items and its been almost 2 month and GMs dont even give me a response so FAR i do aggree with many players that the servise u guys are giving its not good at all because am shurre if u guys check the 11 ijnquiries at least once a week this problems wouldnt happen if ur NOT gonna checked them please imforme the players of HERO online to stop sending them and getting hope of getting their stuff back. Because if u guys dont check the 1:1 then that encorage more ppl to scammed like why shouldnt i scamme some1 if am not gonna get banned. BE shame of urself.

  well i go to cm and got bugg and i relog there is 6 item lost from my inv ...
